How long will it take to get my new Business Essentials Website?

It normally takes up to 1 week for us to complete your website. The quicker we get you live, the quicker Google starts noticing you.

What if I don’t have Images for my website?
We’ve got you covered. Our team has access to millions of stock images. We’ll choose a bunch for your site if you’re strapped for images.
What if I don’t have content for my website?

Don’t stress. We send you a quick questionnaire so that we can get creative and whip you up some website content for your business. And once we send it to you, you can always make adjustments before and after it’s live.

What if I don’t have a Logo for my website?

That’s totally fine. We can whip you up a quick logo for FREE. We also offer a paid Logo Design service if you’d prefer to have input into what your logo looks like.

Is my site going to look like everyone elses?

Yes and No. Our Business Essentials Starter Site is a fixed layout and has proven successful with most if not all of our clients who choose it. With your own logo, colours and web page content that is specific to your business, your Essentials Starter Website will be unique in its own right.

Do I get login details for my website?
On request, yes you will. For website security reasons, we lock website administrator access to our team. However, it’s your site so if you want us to setup administrator access for you, we are more than happy to do so.
Can I add new pages later on?
You sure can. There is no limit on the number of pages you can add to your website.
Are there any lock-in contracts?
That is a big fat NO!
Are there any Monthly or Annual charges to keep my website running?

For the first 12 months, NO. After the first 12 months, we give you the option of renewing your website hosting with us for $480 inc.GST. You can however take the time to move your website yourself to your own web hosting if you like. We don’t mind either way.

Do I own my website?
Yes. Most definitely.
Do you provide website management & maintenance?

We sure do. It’s by request and Pay-As-You-Go so you only pay for what you need. Click here for more information on our PAYG Website Support and Maintenance Service.

How long does it take Google to show my website?
We submit your website to Google the second it goes live. It normally takes Google a week or so to start showing your website in search results, but it can take longer.
Will my website be shown at the top of Google?

Ranking positions for websites on google change daily. In fact they can change by the minute and depend on numerous factors such as the location of the person doing a search and what their search history is like. Remember, there are probably hundreds if not thousands of businesses similar to yours in some form or another so the best way to get your website at the top of Google is Google Ads.
